How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 10-15 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unopened packaging. Please contact our support team to initiate a return and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, at Cardboard Hero, we prioritize sustainability. Most of our cardboard-based products are made from at least 70% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable after use.
